4. Intellectual Property Rights

• Timelines provided are estimates and may vary based on project complexity
• Clients must provide necessary materials and feedback in a timely manner
• WCAG 2.1 AA compliance is our standard unless otherwise agreed
• Final deliverables require client approval before project completion
• Source code and designs remain our property until full payment is received

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms for our services:

• Payment schedules will be outlined in individual project agreements
• Invoices are due within 14 days of issuance unless otherwise specified
• Late payments may incur interest charges at a rate of 1.5% per month
• Work may be suspended for accounts with overdue payments
• All fees are non-refundable once work has commenced

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RemediationAlly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or in connection with our services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Warranties and Disclaimers

While we strive to provide high-quality services and ensure WCAG compliance:

• We do not guarantee that our services will be error-free or uninterrupted
• We make no warranties regarding accessibility testing tools or third-party services
• Ongoing compliance requires regular maintenance and updates
• WCAG standards may change, requiring additional work to maintain compliance

9. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of your information. Any proprietary or confidential information shared during the course of our engagement will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of delivering our services.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Upon termination:

• You remain responsible for payment of all services rendered up to the termination date
• We will provide deliverables for work completed and paid for
• We reserve the right to terminate services immediately for breach of these terms

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
